Grounded is the topic this week for Illustration Friday. I actually drew this Thursday night because I had it in my head for a drawing. Then when I seen the topic I thought this would be perfect! I drew it with soft pastels and pencil pastels. I liked the pencils but didn't care for the dust of the soft pastels I guess I'm not a chalk person. I don't like how it can look dirty when you blow the dust off. It was a fun picture to draw! I take my inspiration from my 7 year old son and our golden retriever Ginger.
